Honest answers

Will my emails actually reach the inbox?+
Yes. We send through verified DKIM/SPF infrastructure with your name in the From line and your real email as Reply-To, so replies go straight to you. Spam-folder rate is comparable to your own Gmail.
What if a venue still doesn't reply?+
We can't make bookers care. We can save you from sending into dead inboxes. Around 15-20% of "booking addresses" you find on Google are inactive within a year — we prune those before you waste a pitch on them.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. One click in your account. You keep your saved venues and outreach history. Re-subscribe whenever you start touring again.
Do you sell my data?+
No. Never. The pitch tracking is between you and the venue. We're a tool, not an ad network.
What happens when I hit my pitch limit on Free?+
The compose form locks for the rest of the month with a clear upgrade prompt. You can still browse, save, and read. Reset happens on the 1st of every month.
Is the directory limited on Free?+
No. Both tiers see every venue we have. The only difference is outbound pitch volume + advanced filters.
Why $19 and not free for everyone?+
Honest answer: keeping the data quality that's promised on the landing page actually costs money. Email infrastructure, scraping, hosting, and someone reviewing flagged records all cost something. $19/mo from working bands keeps that running without ads or selling your address book.

Try it before you pay.

Five pitches a month is enough to feel the difference. Bring your own list, see what bounces, see what doesn't.
